Position Overview We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are serious about their role and the impact they have on residents' daily lives. This position requires individuals who show up consistently, work well with others, and are open to learning and growing within a professional care environment. This is not a passive role—our team members are hands-on, attentive, and proactive. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining professional boundaries Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to leadership Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Follow care plans, schedules, and facility procedures accurately Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent
