Job Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living Transferring and positioning of client Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions Companionship and conversation Other duties as assigned by Manager Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect Ability to read, write and speak English at an average adult level Ability to drive or use public transportation to get to work Must be 18 years of age or older Must possess a valid social security number Complete any required health screenings as required Valid driver's license with no serious driving violations Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations Pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers Mid-Stage Dementia Experience Required! Oth er Requirements Document activities in the Care Plan Book daily (if applicable) Report any significant client changes to the office immediately Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Senior Helpers Employee Handbook and Training Manual Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds This job requires you to be a Certified HHA or have an active CNA license.
