We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. As a CNA at Riverwood, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, cost-effective, family-focused care to individuals of all ages within our community. About the
Role:
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns to our nursing team. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote quick recovery and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Report any changes or concerns to our nursing team Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers, and repositioning of residents Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medications Collaborate with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current CNA certification Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with ease Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to off-site facilities as needed
