Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in promoting quicker recovery and improving the quality of life for our patients. We are a diverse group of caring individuals dedicated to providing exceptional, cost-effective, and family-focused care to individuals of all ages within our community. Our goal is to reduce readmissions and promote early detection and intervention for better disease management.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment, and documentation of progress Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Participate in routine patient assessments and report findings to the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for injury prevention and management

Requirements:

2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist 5K Sign on Bonus (payout discussed upon hire) $46 up to $57 based on employment status and years of experience Dental, Health, & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401
