Overview Join our dedicated home care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. In this vital role, you will support clients with daily activities, monitor their health status, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Your energy and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, fostering independence and dignity every day. This position offers an engaging opportunity to apply your caregiving skills in a personalized setting while working with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized memory or hospice care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor patient observations such as vital signs, mental status, and overall health to detect changes or concerns promptly Reminders for medications and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care needs, and hospice requirements by implementing personalized care plans Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the home environment Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space to promote overall well-being Qualifications Valid CNA certification with current CPR certification; experience in long-term care or nursing home environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and medical documentation practices Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia; familiarity with Alzheimer's and memory care is a plus Excellent patient observation skills with attention to detail for vital signs and overall health monitoring Compassionate caregiver committed to providing respectful, patient-centered home health services Ability to work independently in a home setting while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations Join us in delivering exceptional home care that empowers clients to live comfortably and confidently in their own homes.
