Job Description

Job Summary (weekly pay ,$20 hourly) 30 Hours A Week. Shifts from 4:30pm to 9:30pm We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Healthcare Certified Nursing Assistant's and Personal Care Assistant's (PCA)(CNA) to join our team to help kids under 21 with in-home healthcare services. As a Home Healthcare CNA/PCA, your role will be delivering patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your focus will include assessing patients' health status, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with family members. You'll have to utilize your clinical skills and knowledge to monitor patients' progress, and provide hands-on care for a variety of health conditions. Duties Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and performing medical procedures. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Child has Cerebral Palsy and Seizures. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice. Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols. A good background for PCA's. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Reliable Transportation.
