Job Overview A2Z Home Care Partners is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our growing team serving clients throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Our caregivers play a vital role in improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals needing assistance in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, tidying, etc.) Monitor and report changes in client condition Provide companionship and emotional support Follow individualized care plans and document services provided Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and protect sensitive medical records Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive home health services
Qualifications:
Active CNA license (for CNA applicants) or HHA certification (preferred) Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care experience a plus) Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) TB Test (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient focused attitude
