Job Summary:
At Home Matters Caregiving North Atlanta, we prioritize providing the highest standard of care to our seniors, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA PCA or Experienced Caregiver to join our team! As a part-time caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide medication reminders and management Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks Engage clients in activities and conversations to promote social interaction and mental stimulation Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the designated nurse Serve as a dedicated and compassionate companion to our clients
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a CNA, PCA, or caregiver Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic towards seniors and their families Ability to lift and transfer clients with assistance Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
