Full-Time Job Summary Just Peachy Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA/Caregiver to provide consistent one-on-one total care for an adult client in the 30122 area . This is a long-shift assignment requiring a caregiver who is comfortable providing extensive assistance with personal care, mobility, daily routines, safety monitoring, meals, and therapeutic activities. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, reliable, and comfortable caring for a client who requires substantial hands-on assistance while still encouraging the client to participate in activities she is able to complete independently. Schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM Approximately 11 hours per day Approximately 44 hours per week Consistent weekly assignment Responsibilities Provide total-care assistance according to the individualized care plan Assist with bed baths, personal hygiene, grooming, oral care, and dressing Provide incontinence care and routine brief changes Assist with safe transfers between the bed and chair Assist with mobility and positioning as directed Prepare and serve meals while encouraging appropriate independence Provide medication and treatment reminders as permitted by the care plan Take and accurately document vital signs as directed Encourage hydration throughout the day Assist with prescribed or family-directed PT, OT, speech, cognitive, and developmental activities as outlined in the care plan Provide patient, supportive communication Observe and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, elimination, mobility, or overall well-being Perform light housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, and organization related to client care Restock client-care supplies Maintain a clean and safe care environment Complete all required documentation accurately and timely Follow the client's plan of care and Just Peachy Home Care policies and procedures Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, observant, and highly dependable . This client benefits from consistency and routine, so applicants should be prepared to commit to the Monday-Thursday schedule on an ongoing basis. Previous experience with total care, neurological conditions, cognitive impairment, mobility assistance, incontinence care, or clients requiring extensive ADL assistance is strongly preferred.
