Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitoring and recording vital signs, and reporting any changes in health conditions to the appropriate team members. Providing companionship and emotional support to clients. Helping clients maintain a clean and safe living environment. Assisting with mobility and transportation needs as required.
