Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy within a virtual school setting. This summer position provides vital support to a homebound student, ensuring continued speech and language development through remote sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct four 15-minute teletherapy sessions per week with a homebound student. Utilize telespeech techniques to deliver effective speech-language intervention. Collaborate with educational staff to align therapy goals and track student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student improvements in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience delivering teletherapy services in school or clinical settings. Strong ability to engage and motivate students virtually. Knowledge of telespeech technology platforms and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location:
This position is fully virtual; service delivery will be remote with no onsite requirements.
Contract Details:
Duration:
June 1st through July 16th. Focused on summer session support to assist with continued student progress.
