Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA or PCA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality Pediatric patient care in home setting. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, emergency medicine, and the ability to work effectively with pediatric patients. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support to nursing staff by preparing patients for examinations and procedures. Ensure patient comfort by addressing their needs promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Document patient care activities in electronic health record systems such as caryfy. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient status and care plans. Participate in training programs to enhance skills in emergency medicine and patient care techniques. Experience Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. Experience working with pediatric clients. A background in caring for children will enhance your ability to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
