The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities and hospice facilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while assisting nursing staff with daily tasks. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Assist with meals and feeding for residents. Help transport patients to different areas within the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas. Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions and needs. Participate in patient care planning and implementation of care plans. Requirements Previous work in Hospice is greatly preferred. Experience in hospital medicine or critical care settings is a plus. Familiarity with assisted living environments and outpatient care is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients and families.
