The Certified Nursing Assistant position provides quality care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
Full-time or Part-time Available shifts:
7AM-7
PM Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities. Help patients with personal hygiene. Help with baths and showers. Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart. Documents objective information related to patient care. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information. Reports to the Nurse any observations and pertinent information related to the patient's care. Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements. Assist the nurses and other staff as needed and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements & Skills:
High School diploma or G.E.D. Must have at least one year of C.N.A or caregiver experience in a nursing home or long term care facility, preferably. Must have an active C.N.A. certificate Why Parkside Nursing Home?
