• Job Description:

• We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Med Techs to join our team for the 1st shift on a full-time basis.

This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being in a nurturing environment. As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities and administering medications as required, all while providing genuine companionship to our residents.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.

Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Monitor and document residents' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare practitioner. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Engage with residents in a friendly and supportive manner to promote emotional and social well-being. Assist with daily activities and escort residents to and from meals and activities. Maintain confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of medical terminology and medication administration is a plus. Ability to work independently and within a team. Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
