Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of Iowa High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
