Job Description
Position Overview Lighthouse Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team based out of Eagle, Idaho . In this hands-on role, you will provide essential personal care and support to patients facing life-limiting illnesses, helping ensure their physical comfort and dignity during every stage of the hospice journey. As a CNA with Lighthouse Hospice, you will play a crucial part in delivering dignified, respectful, and personalized care, while offering a calm and compassionate presence to patients and families. Your work helps create a supportive, peaceful environment during one of life's most meaningful transitions. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse Provide physical and emotional comfort through consistent and compassionate care Maintain patient dignity and respect across all interactions Support the care plan developed by the interdisciplinary team Qualifications Current Idaho CNA certification Previous experience in hospice, home health, or a similar setting preferred Strong communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered approach Ability to work independently while being a reliable team member A genuine passion for serving individuals and families at end-of-life Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement will be included) Benefits Competitive salary with opportunities for professional development.
