Bottom line, we are seeking a MA who is confident, reliable, and is interested in growing and learning. We want someone who is going to ask if they don't know the answer. We want someone who is going to put the patient's interest first and their own second. We want someone who chooses to be here because they love what they do and not because it's a paycheck they are looking for. We want someone who is invested and comes in with a smile and is able to keep their cool even when the day is not going the way they had expected. These are our expectations and that for which we are looking. Due to the high volume of applicants anticipated, we will only respond to those that we feel meet our criteria. Salary DOE from $18 - $22 per hour for certified MA.
