What You'll Do:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients' homes. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team. Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
What You Bring:
Active CNA certification (state-licensed). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in home settings Commitment to patient-focused care
