Skilled Nursing Facility in Idaho, located in Nampa ID, is an 120-bed facility providing long-term, and acute care services to residents living in the facility. Often our residents require additional high acuity care for medically complex conditions such as trauma, dementia, Alzheimer's, various mental disorders, and wound healing, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your residents and their families.

NOTE:

A CNA who successfully completes an approved advanced skills training curriculum and/or has demonstrated experience in a needed clinical specialty area, e.g. ventilator, pulmonary, and tracheostomy (VPT), can be classified as a CNA II.

Qualifications/Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid certificate in the state employed. Valid CPR Certification preferred 1 year of caregiving preferred 6 months of recent experience preferred. 6 months of Long-Term care setting preferred.
