We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Service Worker to provide personalized, in-home support to elderly clients, including individuals living with dementia or memory loss. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living, promoting a safe and supportive home environment, and offering meaningful companionship. Responsibilities As a Home Service Worker, you will: Assist clients with daily living activities such as: bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide transportation for clients to complete errands and attend necessary outings Assist with medication reminders Assist in the use of specific adaptive equipment, such as a mechanical lifting device Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and report changes in client condition Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, personalized care Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Respond promptly and calmly to client needs and emergencies Qualifications We're looking for someone who brings: A high school diploma or equivalent(required) A valid driver's license and a clean driving record(required) Reliable transportation(required) Proof of valid auto insurance(required) Experience in caregiving and/or senior care Current CNA or HHA Registration CPR certification Proficiency in personal care assistance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and a sincere passion for caregiving Flexibility to work varying hours based on client needs Perks & Benefits Paid training Flexible scheduling Potential for Mileage reimbursement (location/case dependent) Growth opportunities within a supportive, values-driven team Make a Meaningful Impact If you are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need, we invite you to apply.
