Located in Franklin Grove, IL - we are only 10 miles East of Dixon, 45 miles SW of Rockford, and 15 miles SW of Rochelle. As a CNA you will work under the direction of a licensed personnel to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with applicable regulations as well as the resident's care plan, assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and other individual needs and understand and practice all aspects of residents' rights including the maintenance of comfort, privacy, communication, and dignity in the delivery of services to them.
