Job Description
St. Patrick's Residence, a faith-based nursing and rehabilitation community in Naperville, IL, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on, resident-centered care for older adults in long-term care, memory care, and skilled nursing. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and social engagement while accurately documenting care and observing changes in condition. CNAs collaborate closely with nurses and the care team, supporting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents in a mission-driven, respectful environment focused on dignity and holistic care.
