Job Description
Our Healthcare Services, Agency, is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home care to pediatric and medically fragile clients throughout the Chicago area and Northwest suburbs. CNAs are responsible for delivering personal care and supportive services in accordance with each client's individualized Plan of Care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Experience with tracheostomy (Trach) and gastrostomy tube (G-Tube) care is preferred but not required. We are looking for caring professionals who demonstrate compassion, patience, resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their families.
