We are currently seeking a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Pontiac Correctional Center in Pontiac, Illinois. CNAs work under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.
Pay Rate:
$22.77/hr + evening shift differential
Shift:
Evenings (3p-11p) 5, 8hr shifts per week - rotating weekends off/ rotating Tues/Thurs off Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent CNA or other medical paraprofessional certification required CNA licensure in Maryland required Training, experience or certification as a nurse's aide, medical technician or mental health worker preferred One year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
