CNA Weekend Warrior Join the Envive of Brookville team as a CNA Weekend Warrior and make a difference in the lives of our residents! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment. About the
Role:
As a CNA Weekend Warrior, you will work on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout your scheduled shift Helping residents with personal hygiene Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse Documenting resident food and fluid intake Assisting residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Making resident beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy Transporting residents within the facility Assisting nurses and other staff as needed Adhering to professional standards and following all facility policies and procedures Maintaining the confidentiality of all residents and facility data
Qualifications and Skills:
As a CNA, you must have: A current and valid CNA certification Excellent interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Good collaboration and teamwork skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities Keen attention to detail In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions Physical strength and stamina First aid and CPR certifications
