We are looking for CNAs with experience in rehab or long-term care to work weekend option . Weekend option is working every weekend with $3 added to your base pay rate! With three levels of care, consisting of skilled nursing, memory care and rehab care; you will have a variety of residents to support with a truly home-like experience. Our unique home environment for skilled nursing is delivered in six separate small homes where residents get maximum attention and personal preferences are a reality. Our model provides a kitchen in each home so residents get to see, smell and hear their food being cooked

At the Restoracy of Carmel, patient centered care is a reality because everything is done on a smaller, more intimate scale. We are fundamentally different from anywhere you've worked in 2 major ways: 1. Your work environment will look, feel and function more like a home than an institution. Each home has its own kitchen and will have a dedicated "home-care-specialist" that will take on the responsibilities of cooking and cleaning to allow the clinical staff to focus on what they're trained to do. 2. You will have specialized training and routine assignments. Each of our six homes has a clinical focus. Two homes for rehabilitation, two for skilled nursing and two for memory care. You'll be given specialized training to take care of a specific population need. With routine assignments, you'll get to know and care for your assigned residents better than you ever have before.
