Job Description

Summary As a Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide at Belle's Place of Crawfordsville, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to residents. This position is crucial for supporting our mission of improving resident outcomes while fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Ensure cleanliness and safety in resident areas Document care provided accurately in medical records. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or is required. Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility preferred. Ability to provide compassionate care to residents with diverse needs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
