As the Care Partner (CNA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by: Providing assistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies Documenting, on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment Maintain a safe working environment and adhering to facility safety program at all time s The ideal candidate will possess the following: Be at least 18 years of age. Must be certified (CNA or HHA) Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to remain stationary 50-100% Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
