Assisted Living (Up to 49 beds, low acuity) Vannoni Living Center (VLC) is currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic Director of Nursing to join our team. What You'll Do Lead & inspire a team of skilled nursing professionals. Deliver excellence in resident care through strong leadership and hands-on support. Oversee medications, care plans, and compliance with all healthcare standards. Connect with residents, families, and healthcare partners to ensure the best outcomes. Collaborate across departments for a smooth, coordinated care experience. Drive quality by addressing concerns and implementing improvements. Manage resources wisely to keep the department running at its best.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Qualifications Current Indiana Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Direct patient care experience, including assessments and observation of clinical conditions. Experience recruiting, training, and managing healthcare staff. CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge, or ability to obtain them within three months of hire. Knowledge of HIPAA, resident rights, infection prevention, and applicable assisted living requirements. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nontraditional hours when needed. This position involves time on your feet, moving throughout the facility, computer work, and assisting with resident repositioning or transfers in accordance with facility procedures.
