Job Description:
As a Medical Assistant/LPN/CNA/EMT/RN in our practice, you will play a key role in supporting our physicians and ensuring a smooth, efficient flow of patient care. You'll be responsible for both clinical and administrative duties, providing a warm and helpful presence for patients and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
Greet and room patients, take vital signs, and document medical history Assist with examinations and minor office procedures Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, referrals, and managing electronic health records (EHR) Follow up on lab results, prescriptions, and patient inquiries Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or CCMA), LPN, CNA, or RN preferred 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred (but new grads welcome to apply) Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, compassionate, and a team player
