2404 Valparaiso Street, Valparasio, Indiana 46383 Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Positions Available Join Our Compassionate Hospice Care Team We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team at a beautiful 6-bed inpatient hospice center in Valparaiso, Indiana . Our mission is to provide exceptional end-of-life care that honors the dignity, comfort, and wishes of each patient while supporting their families through every step of the journey. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Maintain patient comfort and dignity at all times Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Provide emotional support to patients and their families Assist with repositioning and transferring patients safely Perform light housekeeping related to patient care areas Document care provided according to facility policies Support the interdisciplinary hospice team in delivering exceptional end-of-life careRequirements:
