LakePoint Augusta is looking for a Nursing Operations Assistant to join our nursing leadership team. This is a great opportunity for a CMA who is ready to take the next step, build leadership skills, and have a big impact on the day-to-day operations of our nursing department. What You'll Do Keep the nursing schedule running smoothly and make sure shifts are covered. Coordinate call-ins, time-off requests, open shifts, and schedule changes. Supervise and support our CNAs and CMAs in Skilled Nursing. Help with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement. Support the Director of Nursing with administrative and operational needs. Assist with resident appointments, transportation, medical records, and other nursing department needs. Help solve problems and respond to staffing and resident needs as they arise. Participate in a scheduled evening and weekend on-call rotation .
