Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Aide to join our Rural Health Clinic team. This full-time position supports a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, helping deliver high-quality care to patients in our family medicine clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs, assessments, and other relevant clinical information Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care Answer phones and relay messages professionally and accurately Assist with clinical documentation and manage patient forms Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative support to the provider Maintain a calm, professional demeanor to protect patient privacy and promote positive health outcomes

Requirements:

Certified as a CNA, Medical Aide, or Medical Assistant (must be in good standing in Kansas) Prior clinic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to confidentiality and a welcoming, patient-centered environment Proficient with basic computer tasks and electronic medical records
