Key Responsibilities:
Provide transportation for residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other approved destinations Ensure trips are completed in a timely and efficient manner Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of residents Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the supervisor Assist residents with boarding and alighting, ensuring safety and comfort Secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids Maintain accurate records of trips, including times, destinations, and any incidents Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff Provide friendly and courteous service Address concerns from residents or their families professionally
Qualifications:
