Locally owned nursing home seeking dependable CNAs !
Shift:
Day Shift || Night Shift Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift. Essential Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Accurately document care provided in the medical record system Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kentucky Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred (but not required) Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable) Strong teamwork and communication skills Benefits Competitive pay with shift differential (nights/weekends if applicable) Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Paid time off and available benefits package Stable employment with a locally family-owned organization Supportive leadership team and consistent scheduling About Us We are a locally family-owned nursing home group committed to serving our community with integrity and compassion.
