CNA/PCA

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide high-quality patient care in the client's home. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for disabled individuals/elderly. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, participating in community activities, following a plan of care, etc. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Support clients with developmental disabilities. Document client interactions and care activities accurately on a daily basis. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to infection control standards and safety protocols during all client interactions. Qualifications CNA or PCA experience. Experience working one on one with someone in their home. Dependable and reliable Ability to pass a background screen, has a current driver's license and car insurance. Strong communication skills with the ability to document accurately. Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
