What You'll Do Assist residents with daily activities under the supervision of licensed and certified staff. Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being. Support nursing staff with non-clinical resident care tasks. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families. Participate in training and educational opportunities designed to develop healthcare skills. Learn the fundamentals of resident-centered care and infection prevention practices. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Compassionate, caring, and dependable attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
