  • F•7:00 am•3:30 pm Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant in Wound Care to assist our Wound Care RN.

This CNA will assist with turning and repositioning residents to support pressure injury prevention and will provide hands on assistance to the RN during wound care treatments. Responsibilities also include observing and reporting changes in skin condition, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring proper use of pressure-relieving devices and positioning techniques. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow infection control protocols, and provide respectful, resident-centered care at all times. This role requires the ability to work closely with nursing staff, respond promptly to resident needs, and support overall skin integrity programs within the facility. Experience At least one year of Long Term Care experience in a Nursing Home Facility. Must be a registered CNA.
