Role:
As a CNA (Part-time & PRN), you will be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will also assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the overall well-being, dignity, and comfort of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to assigned clients, including personal care and daily living activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including medication administration and treatment plans Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Perform other related duties as assigned
