Responsibilities:
- Providing training and education to new and existing CNAs, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing training programs and materials, including lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments
- Conducting regular evaluations and assessments of trainees to ensure they meet the necessary standards
- Collaborating with the nursing team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them
- Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progress
