Responsibilities of Caregivers Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting Provide assistance with eating, meal preparation, and dining assistance Help maintain a safe and clean environment complete, personalized weekly schedules and care plans Help patients with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed Provide medication reminders and monitoring Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns Document patient care activities accurately and timely Provide companionship and engaging conversation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work both independently and with a team of healthcare professionals A desire to serve seniors and adults with physical and mental impairments A friendly, organized, and professional demeanor A valid driver's license and insured vehicle Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients of all ages
