To be considered, applicants

MUST :

Hold a current Massachusetts CNA Certification OR Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification Be at least 21 years of age Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License for a minimum of six (6) months Maintain a safe driving record Pass all required driver screenings and background checks Have an insured vehicle available for work-related transportation if required Be able to drive individuals served using a company vehicle and/or personal vehicle when required Be able to work all scheduled awake overnight shifts Be able to assist individuals with activities of daily living Be able to transfer, support, and assist individuals with mobility needs Be able to complete documentation accurately and on time Applicants who do not meet ALL requirements listed above will not be considered. certification, age, driver's license, driving record, insurance, or screening requirements. What You'll Do Provide awake overnight support in a residential Brain Injury Program Assist individuals with personal care and activities of daily living Support individuals with mobility, transfers, and personal health needs Monitor the safety and well-being of individuals throughout the overnight shift Assist with medication administration according to program policies Complete required documentation and communication logs Respond appropriately to emergencies and health-related concerns Support individuals in building independence and achieving personal goals Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Work collaboratively with nursing, clinical, and residential staff Required Skills Compassion and commitment to supporting adults with brain injuries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently overnight Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations Excellent observation and documentation skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, rehabilitation needs, or physical disabilities Residential, nursing home, home health, hospital, or human services experience Experience providing hands-on personal care Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on caregiving position and requires the ability to: Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and move throughout the residence Assist with transfers and mobility support Lift and move at least 25 pounds safely Navigate stairs and residential environments Complete overnight responsibilities while maintaining awareness of resident needs Why Join Us?
