Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical staff, and ensure the comfort and safety of our diverse patient population. Whether working in long-term care, acute hospital settings, or community-based services, you will play a crucial role in promoting health, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance their comfort and independence Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems Support medical procedures by preparing patients, maintaining aseptic techniques, and assisting with equipment such as Hoyer lifts and catheter care Ensure patient safety through safe manual handling practices and proper patient transfer methods while adhering to HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver personalized care tailored to individual needs Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical documentation systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate medical records management Respond promptly to emergency situations using Basic Life Support (BLS) skills and assist with urgent care or trauma-related procedures as needed Skills Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia or Alzheimer's disease, and those requiring hospice or memory care Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/Epic/eClinicalWorks) systems for efficient documentation and patient data management Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices including aseptic technique Ability to perform vital signs measurement accurately and support medical-surgical or acute care procedures in hospital or outpatient settings Strong caregiver communication skills to provide compassionate support while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines Experience working in various healthcare environments such as long-term care facilities, hospitals (Level I & II Trauma Centers), outpatient clinics, or home care services Physical stamina for heavy lifting and safe manual handling practices to assist patients using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer devices Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering energetic, expert caregiving that promotes health and happiness. Pay:
$24.93 - $30.03 per hour
