Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel Assist with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
