Daily Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Assist with mobility and safe transfers Observe and report changes in condition Follow care plans and documentation procedures Provide companionship and emotional support Work closely with nurses and care team This role focuses on dignity, respect, and meaningful interaction — not rushed task-only care.
