Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA We are searching for an Operating Room Assistant III- Anesthesia Tech to perform a variety of duties in support of the Perioperative Services, Anesthesia, ASU, OB, Cath Lab and Interventional locations including but not limited to handling, cleaning and maintenance of perioperative, endoscopy and anesthesia equipment and supplies, assisting perioperative and anesthesia team. Assist nursing personnel in providing patient care and related duties within assigned areas. Responsible for own work. May provide instruction and guidance to incumbents in similar role, e.g. may be assigned to precept new staff. Education and/orExperience Requirements:
Equal to completion of four years of high school. One-year clinical experience in an accredited hospital with OR experience or a Certified Nursing Assistant or the equivalent knowledge and experience required. Knowledge of Medical Terminology as related to the perioperative setting is required. A minimum of one (1) year related work experience is required. Current BLS/CPR Certification required.
