Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Position Summary:

Join our caring team at Oak Knoll Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. You'll provide essential personal care and support to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff, all while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, ambulating, etc.) Observe and report changes in residents' conditions Assist with feeding and meal documentation Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident environments Support infection control and safety practices Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training Assist with equipment use and report any malfunctions Provide orientation support to new

CNAs Requirements:

Current CNA Certification in Massachusetts Clean ASI registry check Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work scheduled shifts and manage emotional and physical stress Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents and staff
