Job Description

CNA Training Are you interested in entering the healthcare field? Do you have love and compassion for seniors? The Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program at St. Patrick's Manor, a Skilled Nursing Facility, in Framingham, MA can help launch your meaningful, rewarding career in healthcare, at no cost to you! . The training is free, you will be paid $15 per hour, and all attendees are required to sign a form confirming they will work for us for 2 years Full-Time or reimburse us for the cost of the class.
Current CNA pay rate is:
$20.91 to $26.15 per hour based on experience PLUS additional .75 to $2.50 for shift differential!
NOTE:
This is the current, starting rate for a CNA who has completed CNA training, passed the MA exam, obtained CNA certification and was hired by St. Patrick's Manor. The training is held Monday, August 31, 2026 thru Friday, September 25, 2026; Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8AM - 4PM. All students are expected to attend every day for the duration. We only have 9 slots left, so don't delay in applying. In your Certified Nursing Assistant Training , you will learn: Basic Medical terminology and anatomy. Healthcare customer service. Specialized skills for working with elderly residents. Everything you'll need to know to pass the state nursing assistant exam.
Certified Nursing Assistant Student Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Clean background check after offer of acceptance into the course. Ability to lift without restrictions. Reliable transportation to St. Patrick's Manor.
