We are currently hiring CNAs for all three shifts at our renowned 5-star facility specializing in neuro rehabilitation for TBI patients.

Position:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents with Traumatic Brain Injury, ensuring their comfort and safety. Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to the nursing team. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment. Support residents in participating in therapeutic activities and rehabilitation exercises. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made.
Qualifications:
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is preferred. Knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injury care is a plus, but not required. We provide specialized training. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
